Corporate Debtor Custody and Control Team:
A well trained team comprising ex-servicemen and a network of highly motivated Security Agencies take the custody and control of the Assets of the Corporate Debtor. The entire process of videography, inventory taking, Taking ERP /Accounting Software Backup, Panchnama and placement of security guards at the premises etc. is all done by this team.
CIRP and Liquidation Support Team:
A highly trained team comprising qualified Company Secretaries, Advocates, Chartered Accountants and Business Management graduates provide support services to the IRP’s / RP’s and Liquidators. Whether it is drafting the Notice / Agenda for the COC/ SCC meeting or preparing Minutes of the meeting or adherence to the timelines as defined by the IBC and the regulations thereof, the well trained team is adept at supporting the Insolvency Professionals accomplish their assignments flawlessly.
Finding Resolution Applicants:
The Founding Directors of the firm bring to the table a very robust network of relationships with established players in different industry verticals and with investment advisors and Investment bankers. It is a result of this network that in many of the cases under CIRP, many Potential Resolution Applicants vied at the Resolution Plan stage and that finally resulted in Resolution of Eight different Cases under CIRP handled by the Founding Partners of the firm.
Asset Liquidation:
The Founding Partners of the firm have the unique distinction of having hands on Sales and Marketing experience in their career. It is with the utilization of this experience and the network of used machinery dealers that even during the slowdown resulting from COVID-19 pandemic, as Liquidator of the Corporate Debtors, they were able to Liquidate Assets timely and at a higher value than the reserve price (sometimes as high as 33% more than the Liquidation Value).
