TruPro Insolvency Services has on permanent roles, trained personnel to effectively manage Cases Under Liquidation. Our experienced team's support services to the Liquidator, includes:

• Invitation and verification of Claims, constitution of the Stakeholders Consultation Committee (SCC).
• Preparing the Preliminary and Quarterly Progress Reports, mandatory under IBC, 2016
• Preparing the Sales and Marketing Strategy for e-auction of the assets.
• Conducting the E-Auction Process and distribution of realised assets.

At TruPro Insolvency, we realize that an important part of the responsibility of the IP is to take over the control and custody of the Corporate Debtor.  Our support services towards the same, include:

• Identifying all the locations of the CD and deploying the security at all locations. Preparing Panchnama and Inventory of the Items by trained staff.
• Undertaking photography and videography of assets of CD.
• Regular supervision of the locations of CD to safeguard the assets and to prevent illegal activities like theft, Unauthorized removal of goods, etc.

Further, our network of advocates in different High Courts and in Supreme Court of India, have held us in good stead in all our cases.
